Can I collect my order in store?

We offer a 'Collect from Shop' option at no extra charge, which allows you to have your purchases delivered to a Lakeland store that is convenient for you. You will be notified via email with the date your order is available for collection. Please note it may take 7-10 working days for your order to arrive in store.

Will I get back the original postage and packing charges that I paid if I cancel my order? If you are in the European Union and you cancel your order within seven days after the day you get your goods, and you cancel the whole order, we will refund the standard postage and packing costs you paid as part of that order (if any), in accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations. You will have to pay the costs of sending the order back to us. We will not refund any postage and packing charges if you cancel after the seven days allowed under the Distance Selling Regulations or if you only cancel part of your order.

What’s your returns policy?

We have a no quibble return policy. You have up to 7 working days from the date you receive your order to return your purchase. The item should be returned within 7 working days of the receipt of your order in the original condition and we will exchange or refund it.

How long does it take to process my returns?

We try to process returns as quickly as possible and normally process them the day we receive the returned items.

Where should I send my returns?

Returns can be made through either of these options:

  1. Returns via post

    If you are returning goods for refund or exchange please send them to:

  2. Returns via a Lakeland Leather store

    Simply take the delivery note or order confirmation and the product you wish to return or exchange, and tell the sales assistant you bought it online. If you paid using PayPal the store will notify our Head Office to process the refund.
