Delivery to the UK on a 4-5 working day service level is charged depending on the total value of the order. Please note that if delivery is to a different address than that of the registered card address delivery may take an additional 3 working days.

Due to adverse weather conditions we are unable to guarantee the usual delivery times, however will endeavour to ensure your parcels arrive within the estimated time.

We send our parcels using services which require a signature on delivery.

We deliver to all addresses in the UK, with the exception of the Channel Islands. Please note that we do not deliver to the rest of the world.

Shipping for orders up to the value of £70 is charged at £2.87 including VAT.
Shipping for orders from the value of £70.01 up to £150 is charged at £5.33 including VAT.
Shipping for orders from the value of £150.01 upwards is charged at £7.27 including VAT.

We offer a 'Collect from Shop' option at no extra charge, which allows you to have your purchases delivered to a store that is convenient for you. You will be notified via email with the date your order is available for collection. Please note it may take 7-10 working days for your order to arrive in store.
