For Returns

You can drop your order into one of our stores for FREE, or alternatively return items via post at your own cost. We recommend you return your parcel via Royal Mail at the Post Office and ask for the most cost effective recorded delivery service, this is usually ‘Signed For’, but ‘Parcel Force 48’ is also available through the Post Office. Alternatively choose another courier that offers a recorded delivery service, as proof of postage does not guarantee proof of receipt by Lakeland.

For Exchanges

You can also exchange an item in any of our stores, but we recommend you call 015394 39020, or your local store, to ensure they will have the item available when you call in.

If you wish to exchange an item by post then choose the most cost effective recorded delivery service, and send it back with details of what you would like to exchange for. If your original order was for more than £49 we will refund the postage cost (up to the value of £10) once the replacement item is despatched.

If you are wanting to exchange a leather jacket then please call 015394 39020 for more information as we may be able to organise a collection.

Only one free exchange can be offered per item per order, and collections are only available from UK mainland postcodes.

How long does it take to process my returns?

We try to process returns as quickly as possible and normally process them the day we receive the returned items.

Where should I send my returns?

Returns can be made through either of these options:

  1. Returns via post

    If you are returning goods for refund or exchange please send them to:

  2. Returns via a Lakeland Leather store

    Simply take the delivery note or order confirmation and the product you wish to return or exchange, and tell the sales assistant you bought it online.

For orders paid for by PayPal

Our stores do not have the ability to process PayPal payments, so cannot refund purchases paid for by PayPal. Returns and exchanges can be made in a store, but we'll process any refunds you are due back to your original payment method from our Head Office. Refunds will be processed same day, except on weekends, when they will be processed on the next working.
