Because we believe in the quality we build into every piece, we’re delighted to offer a Leather Guarantee at no extra cost when your product is registered within 28 days of purchase. This guarantee covers material and manufacturing defects for the expected lifetime of the product. We don’t define this by a strict number of years — instead, we look at each item individually, based on the nature of the leather, how it’s used, and how it’s cared for.
Our aim is simple: repair rather than replace wherever possible. This approach not only keeps your favourite pieces in your wardrobe longer, it also helps keep things out of landfill aligning with our broader commitment to sustainability.
We’re very clear about what our guarantee does and doesn’t cover, because we want you to enjoy your leather without surprises. Normal wear and tear isn’t included, nor is damage from misuse or improper care but if it’s a genuine fault, we’ll always do our utmost to help.
