Sometimes being small has its advantages… we don’t have large call centres or teams of people packing web orders. Your order will be picked and packed by Guy. Guy lives a short walk from our Ambleside warehouse in the heart of the Lake District.
He’s popping in every other day to despatch the orders. Consequently, it may take us a day or two longer to pack your parcel, but rest assured it will be worth the wait!
Delivery times are subject to stock availability.
We aim to despatch your order on the same working day for orders placed before 1pm.
If we don’t have an item in our warehouse this may take 3-5 working days. If you want to know the date of delivery for a specific item, please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org, or by telephone 015394 39020 (Monday-Friday 9am – 5pm).
All items, when available, will be sent on a next-day signed-for delivery service

We offer a free Click and Collect service for those able to call into any of our stores. Simply select this delivery option, and chosen store during the Checkout process.
You’ll receive a telephone call and/or a confirmation email once your order is ready to pick up. If the item is available in your store, this will be within the hour. Otherwise your order will be ready for collection between 2-5 days.
All our packages must be signed for - we don't want your fantastic new items to go walkabout! If you're not in, our courier will leave a card explaining whether they will attempt a re-delivery, ask you to rearrange delivery, or let you know where you can collect the item from.
If you return your whole order within 28 days (starting the day after you get your goods), we will refund the original standard postage costs for your order.
You will have to pay the costs of sending the order back to us. We can't refund any postage and packing charges if you cancel after the 28 days or if you only cancel part of your order.
If you wish to exchange an item we will refund your postage cost (up to the value of £10 on orders over £49) once the replacement item is sent.
Please note: delivery times may be longer if we don’t have items in our warehouse.

You can (really rather cleverly) see the price and pay for each item in your currency. Just choose your nation's flag in the top right hand corner of the website.

If your country is not listed above, you can see the shipping rate for each country by adding an item to your basket and going to the Checkout.
Please note; the rates listed above are only available through our third-party shipping provider. Orders placed via our standard checkout, will be subject to different fees.
Where applicable, you will have the option to pay for import duties and taxes when you Checkout. If you choose not to pay for these when placing your order, you will still be responsible for payment of these duties when the order arrives in your country.
