How do I know what size jacket to buy?

All of our jackets give an indication of the type of fit they are in the "Tell me more" drop down box. You can also refer to our size guide for the approximate measurements for each size.

I've placed an order and chosen the wrong size/colour. How do I change it?

To change your order details please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not already be despatched we will try to change the item for the correct size, or colour. Contact us with your order reference number and what size/colour you wish to change it for.

Can I use paper gift vouchers online?

We can transfer paper gift vouchers into online codes. Post them to the below address with your name and an email address, stating that you would like them to be converted into an online code. Upon receipt, you will receive an email with your online voucher code.

How do I use a voucher code?

When you are ready to purchase your items you will see a box on the left hand side of the "My Bag" page for the Promotional Code. Enter your Promotional Code and click Apply. This will appear as a deduction at the Checkout.

Can I collect my order in store?

Yes. On Checkout when selecting your Shipping Method in "Step 2", click the "Collect in Store" option and choose the store from the drop-down list. The store name will appear under Collect in Store and in your Confirmation Email.

What do I need to take to collect my order?

To collect your order simply bring along an email you’ve received relating to your order. You can show it on your phone or bring along a print out.

How will my order be packaged?

We send all orders in plain, non-branded outer packaging. We feel this keeps the order secure during transit and is perfect for keeping gifts secret.

I have received a faulty item what should I do?

Contact us and let us know your item is faulty. You can drop your order into one of our stores or return items via post. Please choose a courier that offers a recorded delivery service, as proof of postage does not guarantee proof of receipt by Lakeland Leather. Upon receipt, our Our Customer Care team assess all refunds and if faulty we will issue a replacement and a refund your return postage.
