We offer a no quibble returns policy, and you have up to 28 days to return your goods from the date you sign for them. Please return the items in a re-saleable condition in their original unused and unworn condition. This means the product, labels and tags are undamaged and unused. We appreciate you need to try things on and get a feel for your new item. However, we reserve the right to reduce the refund if your handling goes beyond what would be expected if you were trying something on in our stores.
You can exchange an item in any of our stores, or by post.
To exchange in store - Call 015394 39020, or your local store, to ensure they have the item you require.
To exchange by post - Please complete the Return/Exchange Form with the relevant information and include it in your parcel. We recommend you return your parcel via the Post Office and ask for the most cost effective recorded delivery service. This is usually ‘Royal Mail Signed For’, or ‘Parcel Force 48’. Alternatively choose another courier that offers a recorded delivery service, as proof of postage does not guarantee proof of receipt by Lakeland.
If the item you are looking to exchange is more than £49 we will refund the postage cost (up to the value of £10) once we despatch the replacement item.
Only one free exchange can be offered per item per order.
If you return the exchanged item for a refund, we will deduct the cost of the exchange's return postage from the refund.
Similarly, you can drop your order into one of our stores for FREE, or return items via post at your own cost. We recommend you choose a courier that offers a recorded delivery service, as proof of postage does not guarantee proof of receipt by Lakeland.
You have 28 days from the date you signed for the item to send it back to us. We think this should be plenty of time to make a decision on whether you like it or not. If you think you may need an extension to this, please let us know as soon as possible. If you return your item to us after 28 days, we will deduct 10% of the item's value from your refund.
We try to process returns as quickly as possible and normally process them the day we receive the returned items. You will receive an email notification once your refund, or exchange is complete.

Our stores do not have the ability to process PayPal or Amex payments, so cannot process refunds for these orders. Returns and exchanges can be made in a store, but we'll process any refunds back to your original payment method from our Head Office. We aim to process all refunds on the same day. If you return an item to store over the weekend we will process the refund on the next working day.
