A classic sheepskin moccasin, designed with pure comfort in mind. Our best-selling slipper has been re-imagined, with a deeper upper and wider foot-bed, providing superior comfort. The suede exterior of the sheepskin offers a classic look, and the soft wool pile will keep your feet cosy through the cold months. A flexible, yet durable outside allows for occasional outdoor wear, and the all-new air-pocket insole adds an extra layer of comfort to these premium sheepskin moccasins.
The natural bounce of the sheepskin may make your slippers feel slightly small at first but the wool will soon mould comfortably to your foot. If the length feels fine, you have the right size. If you can feel your toe is touching the front of the slipper, it is too small, you'll need to size up. We recommend you size up if you are between sizes.

DELIVERY TIMESCALES
We aim to despatch orders placed online before 1pm on the same working day. Orders placed after 1pm are usually despatched on the next working day. Our working days are Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays.
We use a 48-hour tracked delivery service for all orders, either via Royal Mail, DPD or UPS. As soon as your order is despatched from our warehouse, you will receive an automatic shipment confirmation email with courier tracking details. You can track your order at any time with this information.
Please note: if we don't have an item in our warehouse, it may take a week for you to receive your order.
Click and Collect orders will receive an email and/or phone call when the order is ready to pick up. This could take between 1-5 days after placing your order.

RETURNS
You have up to 28 days to return your goods.
If you wish to return an item you can purchase a return label for £2.50 via our Returns Portal. This service is provided by Royal Mail.
Alternatively, drop your order into one of our stores for FREE, or post with a courier of your choice and cost.
EXCHANGES
We no longer offer exchanges for online orders via the post. However, we aim to process refunds on the day we receive them, so you can return your item and place a new order online with minimal delay.
