Leather is a natural product, and all our leather products are handmade, so, from time to time a problem may arise. This is why we guarantee our leather goods, covering material and manufacturing defects, for the expected lifetime of the product. Our aim will always be to repair rather than replace; let’s keep things out of landfill.

The Leather Guarantee does not apply for any specific set timeframe as each of our leather products have different expected lifetimes depending on the nature and use of this natural material. For example, an aniline leather outerwear coat will have a different expected product lifetime to a leather belt. So, if your 10-year-old biker-style jacket has seen one too many raucous nights-out, then it might be time to buy a new one! In any case, we’ll review each case and will let you know if we can fix or replace it.
