First, take everything out of the bag, then you can begin by gently brushing off debris with a soft bristle brush or dry microfibre cloth. Then you should use a speciality leather cleaner to gently spray and wipe it down. Once done, you can use a separate microfibre cloth to dry it off to keep it looking as new as the day you bought it.
