Delivery & Tracking
UK Tracked Delivery
Free standard delivery on ALL orders over £59, or £3.95 otherwise.
We aim to despatch orders placed online before 1pm on the same working day. Orders placed after 1pm are usually despatched on the next working day. Our working days are Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays.
We use tracked 2 - 5 day delivery service for standard orders, either via Royal Mail or DPD. As soon as your order is despatched from our warehouse, you will receive an automatic shipment confirmation email with courier tracking details. You can track your order at any time with this information.
Please note: if we don't have an item in our warehouse, it may take a week for you to receive your order. UK delivery excludes the Isle of Man.
Express Delivery
For an optional £4.95, we offer 48 hour express delivery on orders placed before 12pm, Monday to Friday. Orders placed after midday on Friday will arrive on Wednesday. This service excludes Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays.
Next Working Day Delivery
For an optional £7.95, we offer next working day delivery on orders placed before midday, Monday to Friday. Orders placed after midday on Friday will arrive on Tuesday. This service excludes Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays.
Click & Collect
Unfortunately, our click & collect service is not available at this time.
Isle of Man Delivery
We offer standard delivery to the Isle of Man for a cost of £12.95. We are unable to currently offer Express or Next Day delivery tot the Isle of Man.
International Orders
Unfortunately, we are currently unable to process international orders.
What happens if I'm not in when the courier knocks?
All our packages are sent using a tracked postal service – we don't want your fantastic new items to go walkabout! If you're not in, our courier will send you an email with tracking information and details on how to rearrange delivery or where you can collect the item from.
