Head Office sounds too grand. It suggests a level above everything else, but that's simply not the case!

When we draw our organisation charts, we put retail staff and customer facing roles at the top of the tree. The Board of Directors are at the bottom. That's because everyone at Head Office works to support the teams on the front line. If there's an issue in a store, we all jump to help and sort it.
