DELIVERY TIMESCALES
We aim to get your order despatched the same day, for orders placed before 1pm.
If we don’t have an item in our warehouse this may take 3-5 working days. If you want to know the date of delivery for a specific item, please contact us on directsales@lakelandleather.co.uk, or by telephone 015394 39020 (Monday-Friday 9am – 5pm).
Click and Collect orders will receive an email and/or phone call when the order is ready to pick up. This could take between 1-5 days after placing your order.

RETURNS POLICY
To help take a little bit of the stress out of your Christmas shopping, we're offering extended returns until the 11th January on all items.
We offer a no quibble returns policy, and you have up to 28 days to return your goods. You will have to pay the costs of sending the order back to us.
EXCHANGES
If you wish to exchange an item we will refund your postage cost (on orders over £49 up to the value of £10) once the replacement item is sent. Only one free exchange can be offered per item.

All our leather garments are pre-protected before being sent to you. This ensures they have enhanced protection from the elements, and general wear.
To keep your jacket looking better for longer, we'd recommend you apply our Foam Cleaner and Protection Cream Plus on a regular basis.
