There's something pretty special about the Ambleside hooded leather coat, and we love it so much we named it after our own little village. Styled on our best-selling Abbeyville hooded jacket, the Ambleside is a longer alternative, perfect for when the days get a little too cold, and the nights draw in. The drawstring waist allows for a nipped-in look, or keep loose for laid-back appeal. So much to love, and we've not even mentioned how amazing the leather feels!

DELIVERY TIMESCALES
We aim to despatch orders placed online before 1pm on the same working day. Orders placed after 1pm are usually despatched on the next working day. Our working days are Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays.
We use a 48-hour tracked delivery service for all orders, either via Royal Mail, DPD or UPS. As soon as your order is despatched from our warehouse, you will receive an automatic shipment confirmation email with courier tracking details. You can track your order at any time with this information.
We offer an optional next working day delivery service for £7.99. To qualify, orders must be placed before midday, Monday to Friday. Orders placed after midday on Friday will arrive on Tuesday. This service excludes Sunday delivery.
Please note: if we don't have an item in our warehouse, it may take a week for you to receive your order.
Click and Collect orders will receive an email and/or phone call when the order is ready to pick up. This could take between 1-5 days after placing your order.

RETURNS
You have up to 28 days to return your goods in a salable condition.
If you wish to return an item you can purchase a return label for £2.50 via our Returns Portal. This service is provided by Royal Mail.
Alternatively, drop your order into one of our stores for FREE, or post with a courier of your choice and cost.
EXCHANGES
We no longer offer exchanges for online orders via the post. However, we aim to process refunds on the day we receive them, so you can return your item and place a new order online with minimal delay.
